Photographer and writer Rick Eaves has an ongoing passion for
Tasmania’s unique culture and landscape. Over the past decade he has
successfully merged lifestyle with a life’s work in progress, happily
committing to this most diversely beautiful island.
His work merges photojournalistic vision and conceptual art to convey the atmosphere,
essence and energy of Tasmania and it’s people. His work has been
published in more than fifty magazines and numerous travel books.
Based in Strahan since 1996, he and his partner Janine run the successful
Living Tasmania Photography, producing brochures, postcards and
calendars which emphasise experiences which are uniquely of this place.
Some
of his best work is featured in an ongoing exhibition at The Cove
Gallery at Risby Cove, Strahan.
